Each meeting of our Rare Mothers in Relationships Workshop seems to take us deeper and this one was no different. This week we talked about commitment. We examined how truly committed we are in our partnerships. We also asked the question, “Can I receive what is being offered? And if not, what is in the way?“

In our wonderful Rare Mothers in Relationship Workshop, we examined the question, "What I am already doing in my relationship to grow kindness and understanding? And what can I do to expand this in my relationship?" When we pondered these questions in meditation, journaling and discussion, what came out was that kindness and curiosity are queen if you want to have a healthy relationship.
