Renee has been practicing yoga for nearly two decades. Her passion for yoga led her to begin training to teach in 2009. She studied under her mentor completing her first certification in 2009 and was registered with the yoga alliance in 2010 completing her 200 hour certification.
Since then she has continued her movement education in a variety of modalities, including Tai chi and Qigong, as well as energy healing training and reiki healing attunement.
Renee desires to create a safe space for all students to discover or deepen their yoga practice. Guided by the belief that yoga can be accessible for everyone, Renee leads various styles of movement and meditation. Renee hopes to inspire connection of mind, body and spirit through breath work, sound meditation and movement.
