But where are you going to find the time?
Mediation helps us be present and aware of what is happening in the current moment.
Over the next 3 days, you will receive a guided meditation video along with a self-care topic to reflect upon.
Each video is approx 20 mins in length and though we encourage you to be purposeful and put the full time aside for yourself, we understand that your time is precious and that might not be possible.
Even listening to each video while you complete your daily routine and finding 5 minutes before your day concludes to quietly reflect and apply what you have learned will still be meaningful.
It’s time to relax your body and calm your mind.
