Peace in the New Year

Pamela Russell

As we move into the new year, our topic of Peace transformed into permission to feel our grief and how we can also sprinkle joy, while staying true to our emotions. I thank you for the incredible vulnerability and wisdom that was shared.

A poem shared today was this...

"May the stars carry your sadness away,

May the flowers fill your heart with beauty,

May hope forever wipe away your tears,

And, above all, may silence make you strong."
